If you are unsure of whether or not an offence will be released as a part of a check you should first check with the criminal records section of the Police service in the provincial where the offence occurred or where you resident in Vietnam.

You may submit your application directly through the official online portal of the Vietnamese Government. However, if you are concerned about potential risks, such as lack of assistance in handling feedback, system errors, changes in legal procedures, or other unforeseen technical issues, you may request our legal support either in person at our office or via this website.

We only accept and process online service requests submitted through the designated form available on this website. Please ensure you are filling out our official form on the correct page before submitting your request. ______________ Please note: We do not accept legal service requests via fax.

Delivery by 1st class post to Vietnamese addresses is not included in the fee. The standard airmail to overseas addresses or other delivery options are available at additional cost depend on third parties included courier services and International courier.

Please include at least one contact telephone number in the ‘Contact Details’ section of your application form so that the courier company delivering your certificate can contact you about when it will be delivered as you will need to sign for it. If you have already sent in your application and want to change to an enhanced or courier delivery please contact DocBeez Customer Services. Payment can be taken over the telephone.

Replacement and Additional Copies

You may request additional original copies at the time of your application. The estimated fee is USD 5 per copy, subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Please contact DocBeez Customer Service for further information.

Please note: All original copies will bear the same issue date as the original certificate.

Police Certificates are issued either in hard copy or digital format, and may be delivered by post depending on the regulations of the local issuing authority.

If you wish to have another person act on your behalf in submitting the application, you must provide written consent.

Please note that third-party representation is only applicable for Criminal Record Certificate Form No. 1. For Form No. 2, our role is to accompany and support you as a legal facilitator, not as a direct representative. For further guidance, please contact DocBeez Customer Service.

If you are completing the application on behalf of the applicant, their written consent must be included in the application.

Any power of attorney (POA) or authorization document must be submitted together with the application. POA forms and requirements may vary depending on the local authority. Please contact our field specialist to confirm the appropriate format for your specific jurisdiction.
